ERP Enterprise Solution Engineer

• Own ERP architecture, technical design, live/test environments, SQL Server and application health.

• Manage integrations, security, releases, monitoring, backup and recovery readiness.

• Deliver technical rollout of new modules, fixes and phased expansions across sites and entities.

• Translate business needs into technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

• Partner with stakeholders on stabilisation, optimisation and utilisation of ERP and MES platforms.

• Degree or diploma in IT/Systems or equivalent.

• 7+ years in a similar role with a strong ERP focus.

• Hands-on experience implementing, administering and supporting Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred.

• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, APIs/REST integrations and enterprise architecture.

• Ability to plan and execute multi-phase rollouts and integrations.
