Job Overview

Hire Resolve is recruiting a Group Marketing Manager in Durban for a multi-disciplined, pathologist-run medical diagnostics and pathology laboratory group (CareerJunction 2646798; posted 2 November 2026; advert valid to 6 December 2026; advertised R40,000–R45,000 per month, potentially more based on experience). The Group Marketing Manager leads the overall marketing strategy, brand development and campaign execution for the group.

Working directly with the CEO and executive management, the role presents marketing strategies, campaign performance and strategic alignment, oversees brand identity, digital marketing and social media across multiple channels, personally conceives and designs high-impact collateral, and manages team members, agency partners and multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and lead initiatives aligned with business objectives

• Liaise directly with the CEO and executive management on strategy, campaign performance metrics and alignment

• Concept, design and produce marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media content and print materials

• Oversee brand identity, digital marketing performance, social media strategy and multi-channel campaigns

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaigns on time and within scope

• Lead marketing team members and agency partners

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in marketing management, strategic planning and brand development

• Advanced practical graphic design capability for digital and print

• Experience managing team members and agency partners

• Demonstrated experience working closely with C-suite and executive management

• Strong analytical, project management, prioritisation and creative problem-solving skills
