• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries about policies, claims and payments.
• Capture accurate information on the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up to resolution.
• Meet quality and call-handling targets.

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Clear, professional spoken English; a second SA language is an advantage.
• Strong listening skills and a calm, helpful manner.

• Previous call centre or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial products.
