Job Overview

MSP Staffing is recruiting a Senior Manager: Corporate Finance for the Advisory division of a prestigious international firm with offices in Sandton, Johannesburg (permanent; posted 3 November 2026; listing expires 7 December 2026). The role spearheads end-to-end delivery of complex financial due diligence projects for global clients in the transaction space.

The Senior Manager tailors engagement scopes, oversees financial modelling and high-impact reporting, identifies key value drivers and deal-breakers, manages senior client relationships, oversees JSE reporting-accountant duties and mentors a high-performing advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex financial due diligence engagements
Tailor engagement scopes and oversee financial modelling and analysis
Produce high-impact due diligence reports identifying value drivers and deal-breakers
Manage senior client relationships across a global client base
Oversee JSE reporting-accountant duties
Manage engagement risk and quality
Mentor and develop a high-performing corporate finance team

Required Qualifications

Registered CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate finance
Specialist due diligence expertise
Technically strong in report writing, risk management and financial analysis
Broad interest in and knowledge of business, strategy and finance topics
