KingsleyIrons Recruitment is recruiting a Divisional Treasury and Finance Manager for a leading industrial organisation in Kempton Park, Johannesburg (permanent; posted 3 November 2026; listing expires 7 December 2026). The role joins the finance leadership team and leads divisional treasury operations, foreign-exchange hedging, liquidity management and specialist accounting processes in a high-performance environment.

The manager leads an experienced team spanning treasury and cost accounting, ensures strong financial controls, treasury compliance and hedge-accounting accuracy under IFRS 9, governs banking and funding facilities, and partners finance leadership on broader commercial finance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Lead divisional treasury activities and ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls and group frameworks
Manage foreign-exchange hedging activities and monitor currency exposures
Support effective use and governance of banking and funding facilities
Oversee treasury reporting, reconciliations and compliance requirements
Manage hedge accounting processes and related IFRS 9 financial reporting
Support liquidity planning and cash management
Manage and develop a specialist finance team including treasury and cost-accounting resources
Support audit and regulatory reporting; drive continuous improvement in treasury and finance processes

Required Qualifications

CA(SA) preferred, or BCom Honours, CIMA, Treasury Management or equivalent finance qualification
Minimum 5 years’ treasury and financial accounting experience in commercial environments
Experience with foreign-exchange hedging and hedge accounting; sound IFRS 9 knowledge
Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management and banking facilities
Manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or distribution background; strong staff-management experience
Advanced Excel and financial analysis capability
