Senior Lead Electrical Engineer
Job Overview
Senior Lead Electrical Engineer for an established consulting engineering firm covering electrical, electronic, mechanical, and fire disciplines in Cape Town. Act as Electrical Building Services Design Engineer managing own projects and electrical design teams for building services projects. Manage and provide contract supervision of building services projects with MV and LV expertise. Produce reports, technical specifications, and bills of quantities. Prepare contract documentation. Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover.
Required Qualifications
BEng/BSc Degree in Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering. Professionally registered (Pr Eng). 10 years’ postgraduate experience. Must be able to deal with both staff and clients. Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Previous consulting engineering experience.
