Group Financial Manager

Commercially minded Group Financial Manager for a growing asset finance and leasing leader, overseeing day-to-day financial operations of the group with direct exposure to senior management. Manage the monthly accounting cycle, review management accounts, ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations, and oversee annual financial statements. Lead annual budgets and monthly forecast updates with variance analysis. Monitor daily liquidity, manage banking relationships, and prepare funding and covenant reporting. Ensure adherence to Companies Act, SARS requirements, and industry regulatory reporting. Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team. Oversee creditors, payment runs, debtors collections, and fixed asset accounting with focus on finance lease and rental asset accounting. Coordinate external audits and statutory submissions. Identify and implement improvements to financial controls, processes, and reporting.
