Finance Executive

Critical finance leadership role for a leading logistics and supply chain company in Durban. Oversee all fiscal operations, optimise cash flow, and ensure compliance across financial and statutory reporting for a capital-intensive transport and warehousing operation. Develop and execute financial strategy including long-term planning and capital expenditure management. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with high-level business intelligence to the executive team. Ensure accurate, timely preparation of internal and external financial statements under IFRS/GAAP. Proactively manage working capital, liquidity, and debt. Implement cost management and profitability analysis by route and service line. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks across the supply chain. Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting department.
