Critical Finance leadership role at a leading global asset management firm to own and evolve the firm’s global recharge framework, supporting commercial growth, governance excellence, and operational efficiency across funds, platforms, and jurisdictions. Define and lead the global recharge strategy across funds, platforms, and cost categories. Align recharge methodologies with commercial objectives and fund structures. Act as senior escalation point for complex recharge matters. Serve as expert on fund expense allocations; interpret LPAs with Legal and Compliance. Establish robust governance, control, and approval frameworks. Drive continuous improvement and automation of recharge processes with Finance Systems and Technology. Support new fund launches and restructures. Build relationships with senior leaders globally; deliver high-quality reporting on recharge performance, risks, and opportunities. Lead, develop, and mentor a specialist team.
