Senior/Lead Power Platform Developer

Assess processes and decide Power Platform vs Microsoft 365 vs Azure; define environment strategy, Dataverse models, security roles, and Entra ID alignment; set DLP, connector governance, and CoE guardrails; design and deploy Copilot Studio agents; build canvas and model-driven Power Apps; build Power Automate cloud and desktop flows; integrate SharePoint, Teams, Graph, Azure Functions, APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure OpenAI; manage solutions, pipelines, source control, and handover docs; own technical direction and client contact.

Strong enterprise-architecture mindset across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure; Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx; production Copilot Studio experience; Dataverse modelling and security; ALM/CI/CD; integration with SharePoint, Teams, Graph, and Azure; Microsoft certifications, CoE, Power Pages, consulting, C#/TypeScript, and MCP/agent patterns are nice to have; clear written communication and pragmatic view of AI agents.
