Senior Solutions Architect

• Partner with Business Development to formulate and execute sales strategy that exceeds revenue objectives via AWS adoption

• Ensure success in building, migrating and modernising applications, software and services on AWS cloud and AI platforms

• Educate customers on the AWS value proposition; lead deep architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment

• Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement sessions (e.g. Dev Days / Immersion Days)

• Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the AWS Solutions Architect community

• Contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers

• Act as technical liaison between customers, Service Teams and Support

• Design reliable, cost-effective cloud-native architectures for Enterprise customers

• Assess application portfolios and business drivers to guide transformation

• Advise across Generative AI, infrastructure, security, DevOps, databases, app development and analytics

• 8+ years in specific technology domain areas (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)

• 5+ years of design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures

• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders

• Preferred: 10+ years in the technology domains above; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or above

• Preferred: cloud technology certification (e.g. Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
