MSP Staffing is searching for a strategic, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager in Stellenbosch (hybrid) to play a key role on a high-impact Electronic Health Record programme. You will lead complex system-integration initiatives with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project governance structures. Core work covers full-lifecycle delivery, plans and governance, resource coordination, multi-department stakeholder engagement, workshops and status reporting, benefits realisation, change support, and structured close-out/lessons learned. Key Responsibilities

Drive project delivery across the full project lifecycle; establish project plans, governance structures, and delivery methodologies; coordinate project resources and monitor performance; manage stakeholder engagement across departments; facilitate planning workshops, status reviews, and reporting; ensure compliance with project-management standards; support benefits realisation and organisational change; lead project close-out and lessons-learned reviews; deliver complex system-integration outcomes on an EHR programme.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Project Management certification advantageous; minimum 10 years’ project management experience; recent PMO experience essential; software development lifecycle fluency; system-integration project delivery; Prince II, PMBOK, and project governance frameworks; budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
