Job Overview
Translate BCB investment strategy into portfolio execution, proposition development and digital enablement across SME, Mid-Corporate and Commercial Banking. Manage the investment product continuum (call, notice, fixed-term, structured); drive deposit growth, mix and margin; develop client propositions; embed digital investment journeys; enable distribution teams; own portfolio MI and business cases; and ensure product governance, risk and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
Advanced diploma or first degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, Banking or related; postgraduate preferred; 5-7 years banking/FS experience in product management, deposits, investments, liquidity, pricing or portfolio management; demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional delivery; strong knowledge of business banking investment products, digital channels, pricing and regulatory requirements preferred.
