Required Qualifications
Law degree or equivalent. Proven corporate legal experience. Strong contract drafting from scratch, review and negotiation. Commercial-law compliance knowledge. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication. Minimum 5 years post-admission legal experience, ideally large law firm, corporate or multinational.
