Job Overview

Support a global division and its business units in achieving financial and strategic objectives through value-add management information and insight. Prepare and present monthly MI to leadership and the executive committee, deliver periodic and ad-hoc reporting, and feed FP&A with performance and KPI information. Identify opportunities to improve operating processes to grow revenue, efficiency, and risk outcomes. Lead reviews of client and relationship-manager profitability, recommend actions to improve margins, and track delivery of commercial initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). 10+ years in similar roles with increasing responsibility and people management. Prior experience in Financial Services or Professional Services is required. Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder skills with the ability to influence senior leaders through clear MI and insight.
