Senior DevOps Engineer

• Own complex infrastructure and cloud initiatives from concept through specification, planning, execution and production

• Design, operate and improve production Kubernetes clusters at scale

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred) across environments

• Deliver reliable solutions on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure)

• Support and optimise MariaDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL database platforms in DevOps workflows

• Provide clear status updates and escalate risks with proposed solutions

• Collaborate effectively across engineering and business areas

• Maintain strong ownership and end-to-end accountability for assigned platforms

• Manage priorities independently with a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges

• Uphold operational excellence and production readiness standards

• 7–10+ years’ experience in DevOps or a closely related infrastructure engineering role

• Advanced Infrastructure-as-Code expertise, with strong Terraform experience preferred

• Significant experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP or Azure

• Deep Kubernetes expertise, including hands-on operation of production clusters at scale

• Strong experience with MariaDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Proven ability to own technical projects from concept through to production

• Strong communication, collaboration and self-management skills
