SAP Development and Integration Manager

• Lead and manage the SAP Development and Integration team, setting objectives aligned to IT strategy and SAP CoE goals

• Lead SAP development, integration, extension and automation across S/4HANA, ECC HCM, SuccessFactors and SAP BTP

• Drive clean-core modernisation of custom code, integrations and extensions

• Promote SAP Integration Suite, API-led integration and event-driven architecture; ensure secure hybrid connectivity

• Provide technical guidance on ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, OData, Fiori, workflow and BTP technologies

• Receive, prioritise and allocate JIRA requests across BAU, projects, integration and technical debt

• Establish SAP development standards; enforce release, incident, change, audit and security procedures

• Support DevSecOps, controlled deployments and release management; maintain technical documentation

• Advise functional teams and business stakeholders on SAP solution options and technical feasibility

• Mentor internal resources and conduct performance reviews, coaching and succession planning

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Minimum 7 years’ SAP development and integration experience, including ABAP and modern SAP integration technologies

• Minimum 3 years with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, preferably in a hybrid or RISE with SAP environment

• Practical experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, API Management, OData, REST, SOAP, IDocs, BAPIs and RFC

• Experience with ABAP OO, RAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori/UI5 and modern extension techniques

• Experience leading technical teams, managing backlogs, release management and change governance

• Advantageous: SAP BTP / Integration Suite / ABAP / S/4HANA certifications; financial services or regulated environment experience
