Remote Paid Media Performance Lead

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, track conversions, and present 90-day roadmaps with the numbers behind the decisions.
