Job Overview
Execute and oversee leasing of a bank property portfolio (retail branches, cash devices and office spaces), enabling optimal distribution and aligning property decisions with business strategy through sourcing, negotiation and deal-making for portfolio renewals and expansions.
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate and conclude high-value lease agreements. Manage property transactions across retail branches, cash devices and offices. Contribute to branch-network planning across multiple regions. Manage landlords, developers and asset managers. Coordinate with legal, finance, design and project teams. Oversee project handovers, beneficial occupation and property-related risks. Assess location feasibility and apply financial principles to property budgeting, cost optimisation and ROI.
Required Qualifications
5-8 years property portfolio management, preferably retail banking or commercial real estate. Proven high-value lease negotiation. Branch-network planning or multi-region distribution. Minimum bachelor's in Law, Properties & Development or Business Administration. Knowledge of retail/banking property, lease structures, property finance and vendor management. Clear criminal and credit record.
