Product Manager

Collaborate with stakeholders across product houses, distribution channels, actuarial analytics and data science to understand business needs. Translate opportunities that align with the Adviser 360 vision, strategy and roadmap as custodian of the Distribution Technology stack. Guide a cross-functional team of architects, analysts and developers to deliver high-quality outcomes within the Adviser 360 framework. Participate in technical discussions and solution design. Collaborate with Distribution management on the target operating model. Manage the product backlog and prioritise initiatives based on business value, strategic importance and technical feasibility. Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accessibility and usability. Define KPIs and success metrics, measuring product performance and communicating business impact. Research and analyse the market, users and product roadmap.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Agile or business analysis certifications advantageous. 5+ years in business analysis, product ownership or product management; 3+ years leadership experience. Deep knowledge of the insurance industry, revenue and profit drivers, and how distribution and marketing use data. Proven product ownership of data platforms or solutions. Stakeholder management across organisational levels; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value; experience with agile methodologies.
