Operations Director

• Own operations strategy across production, supply chain and distribution.
• Manage P&L and operational budgets.
• Lead and develop senior operational managers.
• Drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years in operations, with senior leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and P&L ownership.
• Proven record leading large teams and change.

• FMCG or manufacturing sector experience.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
