Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end-to-end operational performance across the national online-retail organisation

• Drive efficiency, scalability and service excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

• Oversee national distribution networks and high-volume fulfilment operations

• Manage large operational budgets with strong financial acumen

• Scale operations within a high-growth retail/e-commerce context

• Leverage warehouse management systems and ERP platforms to improve throughput and reliability

• Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving to operational bottlenecks and service outcomes

• Partner with leadership to sustain service levels as volumes grow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or related (Master’s advantageous)

• 8–10+ years senior operations leadership experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail

• Proven experience managing national distribution networks and high-volume fulfilment

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operational budgets

• Demonstrated leadership capability scaling operations in high-growth environments

• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
