Servest Security is seeking an exceptional Labour Cost Efficiency Manager to join the operations team. The Labour Cost Efficiency Manager is responsible for optimizing labour costs, improving and driving business efficiency across security operations. This role analyses labour costs, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements cost-saving initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, including the Main Collective Agreement.
