Junior AI Engineer

• Learn riivo's stack and ways of working quickly, supported by senior engineers and structured mentoring.

• Contribute to client and internal projects under guidance, taking on more ownership as your skills develop.

• Build, test, and iterate on solutions across AI-assisted development, Power Platform, and custom engineering as you find your footing.

• Apply AI tools thoughtfully in your own work to learn faster and build better.

• Ask good questions, absorb feedback, and apply our best practices and standards.

• Help with the smaller pieces that keep projects moving, and grow toward owning larger ones

• A genuine, demonstrable interest in AI and how to build with it.

• Aptitude and mouldability: a fast learner who's eager to be shaped and to grow in whatever direction plays to their strengths.

• A strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.

• Some engineering, development, or computer science qualification (degree, diploma, bootcamp, or equivalent self-taught foundation).

• Solid problem-solving instincts and logical thinking.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Projects you've built with Claude (or other AI tools), Bubble, or Power Platform, share them.

• Any coding or development experience, personal projects, or a portfolio.

• Exposure to web development, low-code/no-code platforms, or automation.

• Evidence of self-directed learning: courses, side projects, things you've taught yourself.
