Be the first line of IT support for staff across the business, keeping people productive and systems running.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve desktop, hardware, software and network issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and equipment.
- Log and track tickets to resolution.
- Support basic network and server tasks.
Required Qualifications
- A+ / N+ certification or IT diploma.
- 1–2 years in a support or helpdesk role.
- Solid Windows and basic networking knowledge.
Skills & Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 / Active Directory experience.
- Driver's licence.
