Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Officer with a strong background in employee relations and labour law compliance. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing CCMA cases , including representation and dispute resolution, as well as a solid understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and broader South African labour legislation. Experience with Sage 300 will be considered advantageous.
