Own internal technology operations for a major South African renewable energy IPP, ensuring reliable service delivery while driving technology maturity and optimisation. Govern the MSP relationship against SLAs, manage ICT risk, continuity and disaster-recovery readiness, and act as the internal escalation path for remediations. Consolidate and optimise platforms such as Microsoft 365, security and collaboration tools, lead audits and remediation, partner on roadmap execution, manage ICT budgets and licensing, and lead the Digital Transformation and IT Operations leads while reporting performance and risk to executives.
