Head of Information Systems

• Develop and execute short- and long-term IT strategy aligned to business objectives and Group direction

• Advise MANCO and business leadership on technology opportunities, risks and investment decisions

• Lead design, implementation and improvement of scalable, secure technology solutions; oversee development and integration

• Ensure availability, stability, performance and resilience of systems and infrastructure; oversee incident and production support

• Establish data governance frameworks; oversee data architecture, quality, reporting and regulatory reporting

• Maintain executive oversight of cyber security, information security, technology risk, DR and backup

• Manage the IT budget, technology vendors, outsourced partners and service agreements

• Lead and mentor the IT team; build capability through succession planning and coaching

• Report on technology performance, risks, project delivery and strategic initiatives; maintain IT governance and audit compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Experience managing a complex environment with strong focus on automation and system integrations

• Demonstrated experience engaging and presenting at MANCO and EXCO level

• Strong vendor and service-provider management experience

• Advantageous: outsourcing arrangements, enterprise delivery, cyber security / DR / BCP, data governance, IT budget management, regulated financial services

• Strong analytical and technical skills, with solid understanding of infrastructure, integrations and cloud environments
