Head of Growth

• Design and run acquisition campaigns across channels to bring candidates and employers onto the platform.
• Own the growth funnel and report on activation, conversion and retention.
• Build partnerships with recruiters, employers and communities.
• Work with product to turn growth insights into features.

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation or marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning metrics and running experiments.
• Track record of moving acquisition or retention numbers, not just running activity.

• Experience in HR-tech, recruitment or two-sided marketplaces.
• South African market knowledge.
