Group Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Hold full accountability for national retail operations, sales execution, and EBITDA performance across digital, enterprise, and direct sales channels for a South African retail franchise specialist and authorised Telkom partner. Build and mentor high-performance regional and channel leadership teams, drive operational discipline, and deliver commercial results in a fast-paced, founder-led growth environment spanning stores and mobile activations.

10–15 years in senior retail or commercial operations leadership. Preferably BComm in Business Management or related field. Proven track record managing multi-site retail environments (30+ locations preferred). Background in Telecommunications, Retail, or high-volume consumer sectors. Strong expertise in EBITDA management, working capital control, and operational restructuring. Ability to thrive with discipline in a fast-paced founder-led growth environment.
