Founding Director of International Operations

VirtuHire is establishing a Cape Town operation to support our UK market through sales, support and marketing. The Director of International Operations will start as employee one and work with the MD to shape the group's international footprint. You will lead the new Cape Town team, drive UK revenue growth, build SA operations, and contribute to the group strategy while traveling to the UK quarterly and aligning with UK leadership.
