Provide market coverage and sales for the areas. Management of sales activities to achieve targeted qualitative metrics. Oversee/(Manage where possible) Credit Team activities and outputs within the cluster. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Recruitment, train, and development of Credit Teams. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and operational requirements in the cluster.
