Director of Business Consulting (Associate Partner)
Job Overview
Zeal HR is recruiting a Director of Business Consulting (Associate Partner) for a specialist technology and business consulting organisation that helps businesses solve complex operational and digital transformation challenges (CareerJunction 2646499; Johannesburg region, work from home). Operating as a trusted partner to senior executives, the role diagnoses complex business challenges, shapes technology-enabled solutions and ensures delivery through to ongoing managed services — with an initial 12–18 month focus on deepening a partnership with a strategic client, accountability for revenue targets and outcome-based commercial models, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams of engineers, business analysts and technical specialists.
