Job Overview

Be the human behind the platform for our employer and recruiter accounts — onboarding them, keeping them successful, and turning them into advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new employers and recruiters and get them posting and hiring quickly.
  • Run check-ins, resolve issues, and reduce churn.
  • Feed customer insights back to product and growth.
  • Track account health and renewal signals.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management or onboarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable owning a book of accounts and a retention target.
