Customer Success Manager (Employer Accounts)
Job Overview
Be the human behind the platform for our employer and recruiter accounts — onboarding them, keeping them successful, and turning them into advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new employers and recruiters and get them posting and hiring quickly.
- Run check-ins, resolve issues, and reduce churn.
- Feed customer insights back to product and growth.
- Track account health and renewal signals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management or onboarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable owning a book of accounts and a retention target.
Skills & Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or recruitment industry experience.
- Experience with early-stage products where processes aren't fully built yet.
