Job Overview
Provide executive HR leadership for a prominent private healthcare group, reporting to the CEO and serving on EXCO. Align people strategy with long-term organisational objectives while ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. Direct talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and manpower planning. Anticipate workforce trends, oversee compensation, benefits, EE and diversity programmes, manage the HR budget, and drive people initiatives that support financial and operational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Relevant postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role. Private healthcare operations experience highly advantageous. Demonstrable ability to lead multi-disciplinary HR teams in complex organisations, with exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder judgement.
