Job Overview

Lead large-scale transformation projects for a global investment advisory and private equity firm from Cape Town. Plan and deliver organisational restructuring, post-acquisition integration, and business scaling by aligning policies, processes, and systems. Partner with senior leadership on executive presentations and change support, coordinate stakeholders across London, Jersey, Cape Town and Johannesburg, and act as the main contact for external consultants during handovers. Identify process improvements, support employee engagement through clear communication, and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred. Minimum 6 years managing complex projects in organisational design or business transformation. M&A or post-acquisition integration experience in global organisations highly desirable. Strong project management methodologies, executive communication, analytical structuring of ambiguous problems, and high proficiency with modern project and AI productivity tools. Discretion with sensitive information and ability to manage competing priorities.
